At Indigenous Tastes, we take great care in preparing and packing our homemade sweets to ensure the best quality.
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
Refunds will only be applicable under the following conditions:
* If the wrong product is delivered
* If the product is damaged during transit
* If the product is missing from the order
To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
* No refunds for taste preference
* No refunds for delays caused by courier partners
* No cancellations once the order has been shipped
